I wish I could say good things, but the experience was dreadful. Bugs crawling around, noisy neighbors, and unsettling encounters outside made for a sleepless night. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this hotel as it stands as more of a nightmare than a restful retreat.

also, i can’t believe i wasn't given a complimentary drink or at least a room upgrade after all that chaos. i almost considered giving a good review till i remembered the whole disaster. never again.

Consider visiting the nearby mall for a variety of dining and shopping options that can enhance your stay.

I previously stayed in the city and was pleasantly surprised by my experience at palm inn hotel near tyler mall. The queen room with two queen beds was a good size and made my day tour even better. It's hard to believe how much it exceeded my expectations.

the room was infested with bugs and the sound from outside was disturbing. but the bathroom had modern fixtures, the bed was large and comfortable. The staff provided extra pillows promptly.

We had a wonderful time visiting nearby attractions like Disneyland, which made our stay memorable. The room was spacious, and it was great to have my pet with us. The location was convenient for dining options and activities.
